It’s not only professionals who know ways to quick weight loss, regular people have some ideas too.

Eat grilled or boiled meat such as steak and chicken instead of fried meat. Add spices to make it taste even better.

Give up the soda. If you drink a soda or two every day you are adding empty calories. If you find it hard to stop completely, cut back at first and drink water instead. Those are empty calories so stop drinking it and substitute water. (Note that the average person adds 90,000 calories a year from drinking juice or soda. WOW! That’s a great tip.)

If there’s no junk food at home you can’t eat it. Make a list, shop the list.

Treat yourself at least once a week to the foods you really like. That will help you avoid binging when you experience cravings. When you treat, don’t go to extremes.

Use a smaller plate to trick yourself into thinking you’re eating more than you really are. (Not only are you tricking yourself, even if the trick doesn’t work it’s easier to stop eating when the plate is empty and there’s no more food available.)

Get poor. Toss away your money so you can’t afford food. (Um, no. That’s a bad idea.)

A way to ensure you gain more weight is to try all those quick weight loss diets then ping-pong back the other way when they’re done. Don’t try them.

Exercise at every opportunity, even at the desk with some leg lifts. (That’s a great idea to increase the work outs.)

Measure your food. If you have junk food carefully to measure and control the portion. (Portion control is a big part of a healthy diet and weight loss. Most restaurants and even people at home serve portions that are too large.)

Get really sick. After a month in the hospital I had lost 25 pounds. (Another bad idea. It’s best to stick to ways to lose weight while remaining healthy. After all, the ultimate goal is improved health.)

Stick to something long enough to repeat it a few times, then you can coast. (It’s said that if we repeat something 21 times it becomes a habit. Sometimes the number is different, but the idea is the same. Will power is only necessary to repeat something enough times for it to {become|turn into a habit.)

Eat slower. The body doesn’t feel full as fast as you can eat, so people tend to eat beyond full.

There are folks out there that know a lot about quick weight loss. Ask your friends for support and more ideas.

    The biggest mistake dieters make is trying to eat far lesser than their body needs. If you don’t give your body the proper amount of calories, your body gets into a false survival mode ( this can also be call starvation mode). When your body gets into the survival mode it reserve or conserves energy in preparation for a possible long starvation period.

    On the opposite side of this, eating far to many calories will make the body store or save the excess which it does not need as fat. You need lots of exercising so as to burn more fat than your body stores. Therefore, moderation is the key when it comes to calorie intake.
