by Dan Beckwith Several years ago I was watching one of those prime time teen dramas on television and I saw something so interesting, it has stuck with me all this time. As a motivator for your daily weight loss workout plan, I don’t think I’ve ever run across anything better. I can’t remember the name of the show or the name of the actors but I sure do remember this! One of the teens was an athlete. He played on the high school football team as I recall. It may have been basketball.
