A good chair exercise that you can do anywhere can help. One of the reasons we are overweight as a nation is that we moved from a society that works with our hands to one that works with our minds. We are not working in the fields or even the factory. Most of us are sitting behind a desk for the majority of the day and we lead a sedentary lifestyle.
