by Brad Morgan Quick weight loss is not the same as lasting weight loss. There are a myriad of quick weight loss diets available, but any loss you experience is likely to be fleeting. The truth is most people could lose ten pounds in a week if they ate only cabbage (have you tried the cabbage diet? Or the grapefruit diet? Or the soup diet?). These quick weight loss diets and others like them inevitably fail. To lose weight and maintain your ideal weight, you need real change in your life.
